With over forty years of experience, the chef and his team will serve you menus with entrees come in back of poached salmon with sorrel, pie "Richelieu", guinea fowl with champagne, halibut fillet stuffed with shrimp with lobster sauce... that alongside many other dishes, appetizers and desserts, served hot or cold for all your festive occasions.

 

Homemade desserts consist of laminated pears, chocolate cake, bread spice cake chocolate / orange or delights chocolates.

 

Our catering services can agree with, dishes and delivery included. Also take delicious glasses (for 12 pieces) :

  • glasses with 2 flavors ( tuna mousse and smoked salmon, red lumpfish roe )
